Flip Ponytail Headband

This is a really easy one...

Step 1: Make a long ponytail on the side of her head and flip it through.

Step 2: Make another long ponytail next to the one you just did and flip it.

Step 3: Continue all the way around.
(We did ours slightly slanted)

And Your Done!

Thanks :)

Topsy Tails

So about a week ago I got a topsy tail......well it was a different brand. I got it on Amazon. The first time I used it on myself, it snapped. I was so mad. (I thought it was kind of funny that it came in a foreign language)

Then we got the real topsy tail. The real topsy tail has a thicker handle and is way sturdier. But it is still flexible. We got the real topsy tail at Ulta.

So if you want to get a topsy tail......make sure you get the topsy tail brand.
We will post some fun hairstyles using the topsy tail!
I hope this was helpful!

Flip ponytails!

The first thing you are going to want to do is make 4 flip ponytails in the front of the head.(Mine weren't very even)

Sorry this picture was taken side ways!

Once you have the 4 ponytails in the front, you want to combine 2 and 2 and part off a section and make it a flip.

    This is just one side.

Split those two ponytails in half and put one half of both ponytails into a flip.

Also put two on the sides.

Then part the center flip in half and part down the middle and do two upside down flips like the flips into a messy bun.

You can also just do one. You can also not do any upside down flips and curl the hair.

I hope you enjoy this hairstyle! You can finish it off in many ways.

Flip Ponytails into Messy Buns

First, you part a zig zag or a strait part down the center of her head. I did a zig zag part. Clip up or put a ponytail on the side you are not working on to get it out of the way. Make sure you wet down all of the pieces of hair so you can control the fly aways.

Next, you want to part out a section not quite half up, but pretty close, and make a bun or clip the other hair out of the way. If you want more flips than I am doing, just part out smaller sections.

Make a loose ponytail and split the part close to the head in half.

Now, you are going to flip the ponytail through the hole upside down.

If it is still loose, just tighten it up. You should have this now.

Next, part out another section and make a ponytail including the other hair from the flip.

Flip that ponytail the same way you did the first one. It should look like this now.

She is growing out some of her bangs, so I did flips in the front to get them out of her face, but you don't have to. Make a ponytail, but don't pull it all the way through to make a loop.

Then, you bobby pin some pieces of hair into random places.

Pretty much every messy bun looks different, but this is what mine looks like.

Repeat all of these steps on the other side. Try to make them identical.

Here is a top view.

   Here is the right side.

    Here is the left side.

This is what the flips in the front look like.

You can pretty much do this hairstyle on any age. If you are doing it on a baby, or someone with short hair, you can leave them as high ponytails. Your hair doesn't need to be very long to do this.
    I hope you enjoy!
